In order to best represent my business and serve my clients I'd ask for the respect of cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of your standing appointment. So to protect myself and my time, your first no show or last minute cancellation will result in 25% charge of entire service. Second offence at 50% of total service and so forth.
